General conditions

• The Privilege card is free. It can be obtained by completing this form above or on request from our cases.
  
• Privilege Club members receive throughout the year by e-mail, gardening tips and a selection of seasonal products.
  
• Any purchase our gardencentre or any service entrusted to our landscape company allows the accumulation of points Privilege. From 500 points obtained on presentation of the Privilege card, it is possible to argue on a pending purchase a deduction Franc equivalent to 2% of total points earned. This deduction may be spread over several purchases if desired.
  
• The card benefits are granted only for a cash payment to our credit, cash, debit or credit. Points have no cash value and are not entitled to consideration in cash; they can not be deducted from invoices.
  
• Benefits Privilege card may in no case be combined with other offers, especially professional discounts, sale items or in liquidation.
• The Privilege card is personal and not transferable.
• The holder should immediately inform J.-F. Charmoy SA in the event of the loss or theft of a card.
• A ''Privilège'' card will be cancelled without prior notice in the event of abuse or violation of these rules and regulations.
• J.-F. Charmoy SA reserves the right to amend all or part of these rules and regulations at any time.
• Any personal information collected is reserved exclusively for internal use, and will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.

Points award system

Points are awarded on the basis of the following system:

1. 1 point corresponds to a purchase of CHF 1 paid in full at the Gardencentre.
2. Centimes are accumulated with previous purchases, and give an extra point (automatic calculation of centimes by the management system).
3. The previous total appears on the ticket, together with points earned.
4. From 500 points got, a deduction on the purchase being equivalent to 2% of the total points earned cash is automatically deducted on presentation of the card. It does not qualify for consideration in money. This deduction may be spread on several purchases.
   
5. No exchange or refund of any kind will be accepted.
