Club Privilège Rules and Regulations
J.-F. Charmoy SA's Club Privilège card is free of charge. You can get one by filling in the registration form available at our cash desks or
on our website. The card's advantages are quite a lot:
- 10% welcome discount (except for animals) on your fist purchase (one possible per household) as a new member, to be done within max. 30 days following your registration,
- collecting points that can be converted in cash discount,
- monthly promotions reserved to members, private sales,
- Internet information service by highly qualified professionals, to solve all your problems,
- 20% discount on delivery fees.
Card benefits can only be granted for payments in cash, by credit or payment cards at our cash desks. A combination with other offers like professional discounts, sales or liquidations is not possible.
The Club Privilège card is personal and non-transferable. Members of
the same family who live at the same address have the opportunity to get several cards, if they intend to accumulate points on a
single account.
The points have no market value, and can under no circumstances be
converted into cash. Points are only accounted at the time of a purchase.
They cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred.
The holders are kindly requested to immediately inform J.-F. Charmoy SA in the event of the loss or theft of a card, as well as a change of address.
Any personal information collected is reserved for internal purpose, and will be treated confidentially. The Club Privilège card will be cancelled without prior notice in the event of abuse or violation of these rules and regulations, that J.-F. Charmoy SA is authorized to amend at any time, without prior notice.
*1 point corresponds to CHF 1.- included VAT purchase in our gardencentre paid cash at our desks, or paid after being invoiced by the landscaping company.
The cents are combined with previous purchases (automatic cents calculation by the system).
When shopping at the gardencentre, the previous total appears on the receipt with the earned points.
From 500 points, a drawback Swiss franc equivalent to 2% of the number of points accounted so far can be deducted from the current purchase.
The points of the accounts unused during 12 months will be cancelled.
